Our mission
Kokoro is a platform for discovering children's activities and requesting a place in Georgia. We help parents find clear information, compare their options and explore interests their children would enjoy.
Find clubs, classes, events and camps in one place. Compare age groups, locations, prices and schedules, and read about the program and its organizer. Save interesting options to your favorites and confirm the participation terms before attending.
A Kokoro administrator reviews your request first. After any necessary details are clarified, it is forwarded to the selected organizer for a final decision. A submitted request is not yet a confirmed place: the final response appears in your account.
Your parent account lets you manage child profiles, requests and a private calendar. The calendar brings together confirmed activities and your own entries to help you plan your family's schedule.
Kokoro does not process online payments. You agree the program, attendance terms, support arrangements and any payment directly with the organizer. We help parents and organizers find each other and manage requests.

Provide participation and contact details. A Kokoro administrator reviews your request and clarifies any necessary information.
4. Receive a decision
The organizer confirms participation
The organizer makes the final decision on the forwarded request. Your account shows the updated status.
5. Plan
Manage your child's calendar
See confirmed activities and your own entries in one calendar. A personal entry does not create a new booking with an organizer.
