Question 1

Can I try a lesson first?

Accepted Answer

If an activity offers a trial lesson, you can submit a trial request. Kokoro reviews it and arranges the details. Trial terms depend on the activity.

Question 2

How does the child calendar work?

Accepted Answer

Open the child calendar in your parent account. Switch between week and month views and select one child or all children. The calendar shows confirmed activities and your personal entries. Select a date to see its entries and add a personal activity. Times are shown in Tbilisi time.

Question 3

What does the profile review mark mean?

Accepted Answer

The mark indicates that Kokoro has reviewed the organizer's profile. Discuss the program, venue and your child's needs with the organizer.

Question 4

Does adding a calendar entry reserve a place?

Accepted Answer

No. An entry you add is for personal planning and is not sent to an organizer. To request a place, use the request form on the activity page. Deleting a personal calendar entry also does not cancel an existing request.

Question 5

Where can I check my request's status?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open the bookings section of your account. Request details show the current status and related information. If additional information is requested, provide it from the same request details. For help, contact us with the request code.

Question 6

Does submitting a request confirm a place?

Accepted Answer

No. The request goes to a Kokoro administrator first. After forwarding, the organizer makes the final decision. Participation is confirmed when the request status becomes confirmed. Agree the first attendance date for a recurring class and any necessary arrangements with the organizer.

Question 7

How do I cancel a request?

Accepted Answer

Open the request in your account and choose cancellation. Changes to confirmed participation or payments arranged separately with an organizer follow the activity's terms.

Question 8

What can I update from my organizer workspace?

Accepted Answer

Use the relevant editor to manage your organization's profile, contact information, activity descriptions, photos, prices and schedules. Kokoro makes the final publication decision. If a change affects confirmed participation, also agree the necessary details with the parent.

Question 9

What should I include in accessibility information?

Accepted Answer

Describe actual conditions: the entrance, mobility access, an accessible toilet, a quiet space, group size, companions and available assistance. Mark anything you do not know as unspecified. General accessibility does not guarantee that every child's individual needs can be met. Agree any required support with the parent after receiving a request.

Question 10

Is there a charge for submitting a request?

Accepted Answer

The platform does not request payment when you submit a request. Participation prices are listed on activity pages and arranged with the organizer.

Question 11

Why is my activity not visible in the public catalog?

Accepted Answer

Your organization application and activity are reviewed by an administrator. A draft or a submitted activity is not public until approved for publication. Check the organization and activity status in your workspace. If changes are requested, update the information and submit it for review again.

Question 12

I cannot find my password-reset email. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Check the email address you entered and look in Spam or Junk as well as your inbox. Use the reset form with the email address associated with your account. If you sign in with Google, you can choose Google again on the sign-in page. Do not share a reset link, password or one-time code. For help, contact info@kokoro.ge.

Question 13

How do I request a spot?

Accepted Answer

Choose an activity, sign in and complete the request form. A Kokoro administrator reviews it first. After forwarding, the selected organizer makes the final decision. You can see the current status in your account.

Question 14

How do I list my activity?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and submit an organizer application. Once approved, create an activity in your workspace and submit it for review. Only approved activities appear in the public catalog.

Question 15

How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

Kokoro does not currently process online payments. Discuss the listed activity price and any payment terms with the organizer. Submitting a request does not charge you.

Question 16

What does listing on Kokoro cost?

Accepted Answer

Submitting an application does not require an online payment. Specific commercial partnership terms are arranged with a Kokoro administrator.

Question 17

How are refunds handled?

Accepted Answer

The platform does not collect online payments. Refunds for payments arranged separately with an organizer depend on that organizer's cancellation terms. Agree on those terms in advance.

Question 18

Does the site need card details?

Accepted Answer

No. The platform does not ask for card details or process online payments.

Question 19

Can I add profiles for more than one child?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add each child's name, date of birth and interests in the children section of your account. Profiles must be created by an authorized parent or legal guardian. Select the relevant child when requesting an activity. Editing a profile does not automatically change a copy already stored in a submitted request.

Question 20

How do I share participation-support needs?

Accepted Answer

A child profile can record practical support, such as a quiet space or a companion. It is not automatically sent to an organizer: choose sharing separately for each request. Describe the arrangement needed rather than a diagnosis or unnecessary health details. Sharing requires the relevant authority and legally required consent. Confirm arrangements with the organizer before attending.

Question 21

How can I change or delete my information?

Accepted Answer

Your account lets you edit profile and child information and delete a child profile, a favorite or a personal calendar entry. For full account deletion or other data rights, email info@kokoro.ge. Deleting a child profile does not automatically remove copies in existing requests. The reason for retaining a particular record can be reviewed separately.

Question 22

How do I find activities for my child's age?

Accepted Answer

Set an age on the home page or in catalog filters. You will see activities whose age range matches your selection. This preference may be remembered in the browser.

Question 23

How do I manage requests?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace shows only requests forwarded to you by an administrator. Confirm a request or reject it with a reason. The status also updates in the parent's account. Online ticket and QR code issuance are not currently enabled.
