Kokoro Terms of Use
These terms explain how to use Kokoro's activity directory, manage an account and request a place in an activity. Please read these terms and the selected activity's information before submitting a request. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights provided by Georgian law.
Platform operator and contact
Kokoro is a platform for finding children's clubs, classes, events and camps in Georgia and requesting a place. For platform questions and complaints, email info@kokoro.ge, use the contact form or call +995 577 07 95 57. The activity itself is provided by the organizer identified on its page.
Using an account
Provide accurate, current information and protect your sign-in details. A parent or legal guardian confirms that they are authorized to create a child's profile, provide the child's information and, when needed, share it with a request recipient. Use the account lawfully and in good faith. Do not access another person's account, upload unlawful or infringing material, or try to bypass platform security.
Activity requests and confirmation
Before requesting a place, check the activity's age range, location, price, schedule, availability, registration terms and cancellation policy. A request first goes to a Kokoro administrator. The administrator reviews it and may forward it to the organizer, who makes the final participation decision. Sending or forwarding a request does not confirm a place. Check the final status in your account. For a recurring class, agree the first attendance date with the organizer.
Provide only the child and contact information needed to review the request. A request note is not visible to everyone: until the request is forwarded, it is available to its sender and authorized administrators. Sharing saved participation-support details is a separate, optional choice for each request. The selected organizer receives those details only after forwarding. Do not enter a diagnosis or unnecessary health information. Agree any necessary arrangements directly with the organizer.
Adding a personal entry to the child calendar does not notify the organizer or reserve a place. A confirmed activity shown in the calendar reflects an actual request. Times are shown in Tbilisi time.
Organizers and activity terms
Kokoro helps people find published information and route requests. The organizer is responsible for delivering the activity and for its environment, staff, schedule, suitability, price, participation, cancellation and refund terms, subject to consumer rights under applicable law. A profile-review or facility-verification mark is not a guarantee of safety, qualifications, licensing or an individual's access needs. Discuss and confirm required support and arrangements with the organizer before attending.
Price, payment and cancellation
The activity page states its price and billing period; the organizer may also set separate registration or cancellation terms. Kokoro currently does not request card details or process online payments. Any payment is arranged separately with the organizer. You can cancel a request from your account. For a confirmed place, payment or refund, contact the organizer promptly. Nothing in these terms removes rights provided by mandatory consumer-protection law.
Feedback and user content
A private note is submitted for Kokoro's review and is not published publicly. Submit a public review only when you choose the relevant publication consent. After administrator approval, your chosen name, text and rating may appear publicly. A review does not verify attendance. Do not include a child's contact, health or other private information in a public review. Organizer logos and activity photos may appear on public profiles and catalog pages; the person uploading them must have the rights and permissions needed for that use.
Platform security and availability
Kokoro may temporarily suspend or restrict an account or content when needed to comply with law, address a security incident, protect another person's rights or review a breach of these terms. Where practicable, the user will receive the reason and a way to raise the matter. Maintenance or unexpected incidents may make the site temporarily unavailable. This clause does not release the operator or an organizer from responsibilities imposed by law.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Notice explains processing purposes, data categories, recipients and your rights. Promotional email or SMS requires a separate lawful basis and, where required, consent. Service-related account notices are not marketing.
For material changes, the page's update date will change and existing users will be notified when required. New terms do not remove accrued rights or change essential service terms without consent protected by law. Mandatory Georgian law prevails if it conflicts with this text.
